Wilson K. Kalya is the founder and Managing Partner of the firm. He is a an advocate, a Commissioner for oaths and a notary public who has over thirty four (34) years’ experience in the legal practice. He has acted in many of the most high profile and complex legal matters in the Court of Appeal, High Court, Industrial Courts, Magistrate Courts and Specialized Tribunals for over three decades. As a result of his unique expertise and single minded devotion to Clients, he has been retained by clients to represent them in variety of cases. He is also a recognized dispute resolution expert especially in Arbitration. His recent experience has included arbitrating over complex contractual beach disputes worth millions. He has been and remains instrumental in developing the firm’s strategic direction and embodies the firm’s core values.
